  • Where do you ship my order from?

    We ship all orders from the UK using DHL International express.

  • How much will I be charged for shipping?

    We are currently offering free delivery on all orders.

  • How can I track my order?

    You can track the status of your order in your account in the section ‘My Orders’. If you ordered as a guest, you can do so on the DHL website by putting your order tracking number.

  • When will my order be delivered ?

    Once your order is confirmed and purchased in the UK, we will dispatch it. It will take 2-5 days. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Depending on the United Kingdom’s national holidays, it will be able to be delayed receiving your item.

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?

    We don't keep the items in stock. When a customer orders an item, we buy it from the official stores and send it to the customer.

  • Are DALLOTT items authentic?

    Yes. All of the products on Dallott are authentic. All products are from the brands' official stores online stores.

  • Can I order an item that is not on DALLOTT?

    Yes. If you have any information such as the product name or photos, please make a post on the inquiry board. Dallott personal shopper will help you to find the best option for you.

  • What packaging will my order be delivered in?

    Your order will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a brown box to protect them until they reach you.

  • Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

    Yes, the tariff will be charged. However, the customs clearance process will be carried out at Dallott, and you can deposit the customs tax through the bank you use.

  • What do I need to do for customs procedure?

    All customs clearance procedures are handled by Dallott. There are no documents for you to prepare.

    After you complete the payment, you cannot apply for a voucher (or points).

  • Can I order by telephone?

    Sorry, you cannot. It is unavailable to order by calling.

  • Can I make an order as a guest?

    Yes, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to start adding pieces to your Wishlist, but, you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.

  • Can I edit my order ?

    Yes, you can, but before completing the payment. If you did not pay, you need to cancel the order and make a new order. If you want to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service.

  • Can I cancel the order after the payment?

    Sorry, you cannot. After completing the payment, it is impossible to cancel the order because it is started to prepare your order. Therefore, please be careful when you complete the payment.

  • I received the item, but I didn't like it. Can I exchange it?
